📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest accommodations, and event logistics.,Prepare and assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for banquet events, following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.,Collaborate with the banquet manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and ensure that all necessary items are available for events.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet services to continuously improve our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Attention to detail and organizational skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Familiarity with banquet event planning and execution is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
