Field Collector - Bali Region

Aeon Credit Service is seeking a dedicated and professional Field Collector to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting direct collections from customers in the Bali region, ensuring timely repayments while maintaining excellent customer relations. Our team in Bali is dynamic and growing, offering a unique opportunity to work in one of Indonesia's most vibrant and beautiful destinations.

As a Field Collector, you will use our proprietary collection software, Aeon Collections System, to track and manage your daily tasks. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving, all while contributing to our mission of providing financial solutions to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer locations to collect outstanding payments.
• Use Aeon Collections System to track and manage collection activities.
• Negotiate payment plans with customers to ensure timely repayments.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and provide support when needed.
• Report collection activities and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related roles.
• Proven track record of successful collections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Aeon Collections System or similar collection software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
