📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the brand and its values in all interactions with customers, partners, and stakeholders.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.,Organize and participate in brand events, promotions, and campaigns.,Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.,Train and mentor other brand ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong presentation and public speaking skills.,Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools.
