📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead sales activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Manage cashier operations, including handling transactions and ensuring accuracy.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the store manager.,Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store performance goals.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high service standards.,Conduct regular cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial operations.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
