📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and guest account balances.
• Reconcile cash and credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including linens, towels, and other consumables.
• Assist with guest billing and collection, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk operations or accounting, with a focus on night audits.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
