Central Space Pratama is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, but you will be based in Jimbaran, Bali. If you are passionate about retail and have the skills to lead a team, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, pricing strategies, and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
