Coinbase is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Knowledge Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of knowledge management systems that support our business operations. This is a remote position based in the USA. The salary is negotiable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the development and implementation of knowledge management systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.,Oversee the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of knowledge management systems to ensure they meet business objectives.,Provide leadership and guidance to the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in knowledge management.,Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for knowledge management initiatives.,Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of knowledge management solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a technical program management role within the knowledge management or information technology sector.,Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, tools, and technologies.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
