📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the villa, ensuring it is clean, well-equipped, and ready for guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Greet and check-in guests, provide them with a warm welcome, and ensure they have all necessary information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the villa, including common areas and guest rooms.
  • Ensure all safety measures and protocols are followed, providing guests with a secure and comfortable environment.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, if required.
  • Keep accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and any issues encountered.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in villa management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and customs is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
