We're looking for a proactive Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Inti Unggul Mandiri, a leading player in the logistics and supply chain industry. Based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Raya, this role offers a great opportunity to take charge of our financial operations and help us grow.

As our Accounting Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You'll work closely with our accounting staff, manage our financial records, and support our management team with financial insights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our auditors and tax authorities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
