📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all business units.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide strategic insights to drive growth and innovation.
• Build and lead a high-performing risk management team.
• Foster a strong risk culture within the organization.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on risk management issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing risk management frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Familiarity with risk management software such as SAS Enterprise Risk Management, IBM Risk Analytics, or similar.
• Certification in risk management (e.g., CERA, CISM, CRISC) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
