📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Assistant Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee the work of store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor store sales and inventory levels, and work to improve both.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
