📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and tasks.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and quality.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in training and developing new team members.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
  • Report to the Captain on team performance and any issues that arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a team and lead by example.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
