📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the HR Manager in training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and targets.
