📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all materials are properly arranged and stored.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting attendees and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Support event staff with technical needs, including audio, visual, and lighting equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the event space, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with inventory management, tracking and reporting on event supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall event planning process.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional and respectful work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event support, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
• Familiarity with event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Enthusiasm for the events industry and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
