🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a dialysis clinic or similar healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of healthcare professionals.
