This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and convenience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash registers and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience.,Assist in opening and closing the restaurant, including cash handling and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
