📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.
  • Assist in the HR team in managing employee records and documentation.
  • Support the HR team in managing the company's HRIS system.
  • Assist in the HR team in managing employee training and development.
  • Support the HR team in managing the company's HR reporting and analytics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
