📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and manage karaoke machines, ensuring smooth functionality throughout the event.
• Assist guests with song selection, providing recommendations and technical support.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a lively and engaging atmosphere, interacting with guests to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet guest expectations.
• Handle cash transactions and other financial responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the venue is presentable at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a karaoke or entertainment setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Familiarity with karaoke machines and entertainment software, such as KTV systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
