📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers,Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and supplies,Manage and train junior baristas to ensure consistent quality,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Promote the coffee shop and engage with customers to enhance their experience,Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are well-stocked,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop,Proven ability to lead and train a team,Strong communication and customer service skills,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent experience
