Cafe Hana Tea is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing the supply of goods and services to support our café operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Source and negotiate prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with the café team to understand product needs and place orders accordingly.,Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
