📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any production issues or quality concerns.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
