📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and chef's specifications.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the head chef in planning and organizing daily food production.,Supervise and train junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Participate in menu development and cost control.,Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handling certificate.
