📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies in business processes using tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Process Mapping, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor and measure the performance of implemented improvements using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
• Provide training and support to employees to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes.
• Document and report on process improvements and their impact on the business.
• Contribute to the development of process improvement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process improvement or a similar role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Process Mapping, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and process improvement software such as Minitab, Simio, or ProModel.
