📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the cargo division, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and regulations
Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
Utilize your Mandarin fluency to communicate with Chinese clients and partners, fostering business relationships and driving growth
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Department Manager
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve operational efficiency
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, cargo operations, or a similar role
Fluent in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or equivalent)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of Indonesian logistics and cargo regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
