Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring it is transported safely and efficiently.
• Provide information about the hotel and its amenities to guests and staff.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the hotel's cleanliness and order.
• Operate and maintain hotel equipment, including luggage carts and elevators.
• Assist with the operation of the front desk, including checking guests in and out.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's concierge service.
• Assist with special events and functions, as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
