📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using SAP and Excel.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the finance team in financial forecasting and planning.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial disclosures.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, with experience in preparing financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
