As an HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, working closely with senior management to develop and implement data-driven HR policies. Your daily tasks will include creating comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to support our organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Optimize recruitment processes by analyzing recruitment metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Enhance employee performance by analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement data-driven HR policies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs.
