HR Staff - Talent & Culture Specialist

Using tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You’ll also lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and cultural events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection, using BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and cultural events to strengthen team cohesion.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic initiatives, such as talent development and workplace culture enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement.
• Proficient in using HR software like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
