HR Officer - Mining Industry

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Every day, you will work closely with our mining teams to ensure that our employees are well-supported and that our HR processes are efficient and effective. You will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite to manage HR tasks, and you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Provide HR support during company events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
